Why should I visit Three Monkeys Restaurant Phuket?
Three Monkeys Restaurant Phuket is not only a restaurant with incredible food in a gorgeous setting. It is also the location for Hanuman World Phuket. Hanuman Phuket is the best place in for a Phuket zipline adventure. Hanuman is the Hindu monkey God and this zipline is the biggest in Phuket having 32 platforms. A true journey through the jungle. If you’re not interested in ziplining don’t be put off. 3 Monkeys Phuket also has a Skywalk through the jungle where you can watch people doing the Hanuman zipline. Skywalk Phuket has a series of bridges through the trees. It is the perfect adventure before or after eating in Three Monkeys Restaurant Phuket.
Where is Three Monkeys Restaurant Phuket?
Three Monkeys Restaurant Phuket is located in Chang Wat Phuket. It is located in-between Patong Beach and Phuket Town. It is not too far from Phuket town. Only around a 15-20minute drive from Phuket Town. We visited Three Monkeys Restaurant Phuket when we were staying at the beautiful Westin Siray Bay Phuket.
Hanuman World Phuket
Hanuman World Phuket is arguably the best zipline in Phuket. It has the biggest rainforest zipline park in Thailand. There are many different packages and platforms to choose from with a variety of different prices. Hanuman World Phuket also offers a Roller Zipline which is 800m long and is the highest speed roller zipline in Thailand.
Sky Walk at Phuket Hanuman World
The rainforest Sky Walk at Hanuman Zipline Phuket starts as a series of platforms and bridges high up in the trees through the jungle. If you stop half way you can watch the zip liners whizzing through. The bridges and platforms are well made and very sturdy. There is no rope bridge or swinging bridge making it perfectly suitable for little kids. An enjoyable stroll taking in all the greenery and island views from up high.
Three Monkeys Restaurant Phuket Décor
3 Monkeys Restaurant Phuket is set in natural surroundings with gorgeous Thai décor, seats overlooking the trees, bubble pods, pillows and canopies over the trees. There is even a view over Phuket Town – spot big Buddha! It is an Instagrammer’s dream! The tables and chairs are all wooden and natural which gives a feeling of calm and serenity to anyone visiting.

Remember in the summer months there can be a lot of rain in Phuket! On rainy days some of the seating might be unavailable as the seats are predominantly outdoors. They do have some sheltered seats if the weather is not great.
Three Monkeys Phuket Menu
The food at 3 Monkeys Phuket is delicious, infact we had one of our most favourite meals of our trip to Phuket.
The signature dish at Three Monkeys Cafe Phuket is the BBQ half chicken. Apparently famous throughout Phuket. Alongside this the Three Monkeys Restaurant offers a Thai and a Japanese menu. If you are into sushi then this is one of the best places in Phuket to find it. They have a range of sashimi, chirashi, nigiri, maki and salads.
Personally, we opted for the Thai menu and Thai spicy! Highly recommend the Prawn Pad Thai and Yellow Fish Curry which was amazing. Alongside this they have an extensive cocktail menu and it is the perfect place to sip a cocktail taking in the incredible surroundings. There are many delicious looking juices on offer too.
As well as this they have a kids menu which has Western options as well as Thai. Our boys loved the spaghetti bolognaise.
At the end of the meal the owner came over to have a chat with us and ask us about our meal and how it was. He suggested trying their famous ribs or whole chicken next time. They have a couple of other restaurants around the island too.
Are there any monkeys at Three Monkeys Phuket?
Unfortunately there are not actually any monkeys in the area around the restaurant. We had thought we would see some but don’t expect to be monkey spotting during your trip to Three Monkeys Cafe Phuket.
If you are looking to spot monkeys you can visit Monkey Hill in Phuket, you will be guaranteed to see monkeys there. Another place we saw some families of monkeys when we were in Phuket was at Big Buddha Phuket.
