Fujairah is stunning, beautifully surrounded by mountains and the crashing waves. A true escape in nature. Al Aqah beach and Dibba is now full of lots of wonderful hotels in Fujairah so it is difficult to know which hotel in Fujairah to choose for your beach escape.
Personally, we love a hotel that is casual, family-friendly with a good food and drinks package. And above all, affordable. Whilst we are surrounded by stunning hotels in the UAE, personally I don’t want to come back from a weekend away with my wallet lighter than a week away in the Maldives! Radisson Blu Fujairah offers affordable family rooms with extra deals to upgrade to all-inclusive where there is something for everyone.
Big Family Rooms
As we all know, there is nothing worse than arriving at a cramped hotel room for a whole family. As much as we want to save on costs, space is crucial for a happy family holiday!
The Radisson Blu Fujairah has big sized family rooms, we had a large double bed and an extra bed for the boys to ‘top n tail’. As well as this there was a decent sized sofa and a balcony. A balcony is always a must for us so we can put the kids to bed and sit outside for a little while before going to sleep ourselves.
Be sure to opt for the sea view, it’s worth it. Get up for the sunrise one morning on the beach or your balcony and you won’t be disappointed.
Another reason why this hotel is getting the tick from us for being one of the best family hotels in Fujairah.
Activities for everyone
We love a hotel that has plenty to do. As much as I love sitting around my sunbed reading my Kindle the boys need more entertainment. Radisson Blu Hotel Fujairah gets our vote for being the best family hotel in Fujairah for all the activities on offer.
Firstly, the hotel has 5 swimming pools so even changing that up every few hours is fun.
As well as swimming pools the Radisson Blu Fujairah has a splash park that is perfect for kids of all ages. The water is shallow so is ideal for toddlers too. Lifeguards are on duty at every pools all day. There is also an adults pool for a an escape and peace and quiet!
There is a small mini golf set up close to the kids club. Is only has 9 holes but you can still get a good competition going with the family. Rent the clubs at the kids club. The boys also enjoyed the large chess board and had a great time playing a few matches.
Kids Club has activities and you are able to drop the children off there and leave them for a few hours. They will have organised games and activities to keep the kids occupied.
If watersports is your thing then there is a lot on offer from kayaks, paddle boards, pedalos and a jet ski. Or just simply borrow a snorkel mask and go and see if you can find any turtles!
Another plus is the games room, it is inside so it brings a welcomed break from the sun. There is no cost for any of the arcade games, pool table or ping pong table so the kids can entertain themselves for a while!
Food and Drink
The All Inclusive package at Radisson Blu Hotel Fujairah includes breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Breeze Restaurant. There is plenty of choice for everyone and the evening buffet changes theme each night. We thoroughly enjoyed the Asian night with lots of options for everyone, we all particularly liked the Dim Sum.
Drinks are available throughout the day from the pool bar where you can sit in the water and have some cocktails. The Lounge bar has a gorgeous terrace too where we enjoyed sunset drinks and some evening entertainment.
Romantic Dinner at Radisson Blu Fujairah
This was an experience that should not be missed. The hotel will set up a pagoda on a private rock jetty out at sea. As we had the kids with us, they set it up for a family of 4 and it was so special to be able to take them with us.
To see the sunset over the hotel and the whole sky turn pink around us was truly a night to remember. The food on this dinner was simply incredible; salads, a seafood platter and amazing desserts. They even brought food for the kids too.
The Romantic Dinner at Radisson Blu was the highlight of our stay. Another reason why this hotel gets our vote as the best family hotel in Fujairah.

The Beach
Another plus point of the Radisson Blu Hotel in Fujairah is the long stretch of beautiful beach that runs in the front of this beach hotel in Fujairah. With Dibba rock peering over in the distance it is the perfect place to watch the sunrise in Fujairah.
The hotel can organise a boat trip over to Dibba rock and a snorkelling trip. There is an array of sea life to discover with previous sightings of turtles and reef sharks.
Dibba rock is also a popular place for diving in Fujairah if you are an experienced diver. Or you can sign up for a beginners course for diving in Fujairah or snorkelling in Fujairah.
Location of the Hotel
The Radisson Blu Fujairah is located in the very north of Fujairah close to the Oman border of Dibba. On the Oman side of Dibba there are some great hikes and we would recommend getting in touch with Enjoy Musandam who organised guided hikes.
